Your position will consist of answering parts related phone calls, receiving parts & maintain organization and accurate inventory in parts room. Read work orders and order required parts from OEM and aftermarket vendors. Receive and return parts in a timely manner. Ensure technicians have all the required parts for the repair. Maintain a clean and organized parts room and area.

Available Positions
Act as first line contact with vendors regarding billing problems (Reconciling statements). Assist with processing dealer trades, manufacturer vehicle invoices, journal entries. Prior experience in processing New and Pre-Owned vehicle deals an asset.

Interact directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. You're responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
Perform care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires. Repair or replace worn parts. Perform repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications. Explain automotive problems and repairs to clients.
